Get to know Cloud Nine Dental in Glenmore Park — from your first visit to feeling comfortable with your care.
Why Visit Cloud Nine Dental?
Cloud Nine Dental began with two dentists’ desire to change how people experience dental treatment — and how they feel about visiting the dentist. We wanted to create a place where thoughtful care, genuine comfort and a personal approach come together, so visiting the dentist feels less like something to worry about and more like a positive step towards your oral health.
From the design of our practice to each step of your visit, every detail is thoughtfully considered. We take the time to understand your concerns, listen to your preferences and explain your options clearly, so you can feel informed and involved in your care. Whether you prefer a cosy blanket, noise-cancelling headphones, your favourite music or simply a little extra time, our personalised comfort options are there to help you feel more at ease.
Our approach is about more than making an appointment comfortable. We aim to build lasting relationships based on trust, helping you feel confident about returning for regular care and working towards your smile goals. With gentle, considered dentistry and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, we hope to make every visit a little more positive than the last.
At Cloud Nine Dental, we want you to feel cared for, comfortable and confident — every step of the way.
What happens at my first dental appointment?
We discuss your concerns, dental history and goals, assess your oral health and explain our findings. If treatment is recommended, we outline suitable options and estimated costs so you can decide your next steps.
Can I discuss options for replacing missing teeth?
Yes. We can assess your mouth and discuss suitable options, which may include dental implants, bridges or dentures. Your consultation covers the proposed treatment, expected stages and estimated costs.

Do you offer dental implants and All-on-4 treatment?

Yes. We provide dentures to replace missing teeth, with options tailored to your needs. We assess your mouth and discuss suitable full or partial dentures, the fitting process and estimated costs.
What is the difference between composite and ceramic veneers?

Extra Anxious?
We offer a range of services specially tailored for patients who feel highly anxious about dental treatment. If extra support is needed, our team can discuss sedation options to help make your visit more manageable and comfortable.
Oral Sedation
Oral sedation is a commonly used option to help reduce dental anxiety. It is designed to help you feel calm and relaxed during treatment while still remaining awake and responsive throughout the procedure.
Because it can create a drowsy, more settled feeling, oral sedation may help make treatment feel more comfortable and less overwhelming. It may be suitable for patients with moderate dental anxiety or for straightforward procedures, and it can be discussed with our team during your consultation.
Inhalation Sedation
Often referred to as “laughing gas,” inhalation sedation uses a blend of nitrous oxide and oxygen to help you feel relaxed and comfortable during your procedure. Despite the nickname, it does not usually make patients laugh — instead, it can create a light, calm feeling while allowing you to stay awake and aware.
One of the benefits of inhalation sedation is that it works quickly and usually wears off quickly as well. Our team monitors you throughout treatment and assesses your recovery before you leave.
IV Sedation (Twilight State)
IV sedation may be recommended for patients having more complex treatment, those with significant dental anxiety, or patients with a strong gag reflex. It can place you in a deeply relaxed, dream-like state, where you remain conscious but may feel detached from the procedure and remember little afterwards.
This option can help make longer or more intensive appointments easier to manage. After treatment, patients are monitored carefully as they recover. We explain preparation, escort and aftercare requirements during your assessment.
Can you help if I am nervous about visiting the dentist?
Tell us about your concerns when booking. We allow time to explain your options and offer personalised comforts such as blankets, music and noise-cancelling headphones. Where appropriate, our team can also discuss sedation options.
What sedation options are available at Cloud Nine Dental?
We offer oral sedation, happy gas and IV sedation, subject to assessment and suitability. Your dentist will explain the available options, preparation, costs and recovery requirements before treatment.

Yes. At Cloud Nine Dental in Glenmore Park, we assess wisdom teeth and discuss whether removal is needed. We explain your treatment options, costs and comfort measures, including whether specialist referral is appropriate.
Your fee depends on the treatment you need. Understanding the cost of your care should be straightforward. We explain consultation fees, recommended treatment and estimated costs before you make a decision. You will have time to ask questions and consider your options, with any changes to your treatment plan and fees discussed with you along the way.
The fees in your treatment quote remain valid for 30 days after it is issued. You can use this time to review the proposed care, talk it through with your family and check any benefits with your health fund.

We accept private health funds and offer on-the-spot claims through HICAPS. Your benefit depends on your policy, available limits and your fund’s rules. Please check your cover with your insurer before treatment and ask us for relevant item numbers when reviewing your quote.

If you hold a DVA card or a public dental voucher, please contact our team before booking so we can confirm whether your proposed treatment can be provided under that arrangement.

Can I use early superannuation for dental treatment?
In limited circumstances, essential dental treatment may meet the criteria for compassionate release of superannuation. During a consultation, we can assess your dental needs and discuss the clinical documentation that may be required for an application. Eligibility and approval are determined by the Australian Taxation Office, not by our practice.
