Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

No, you can join us on Cloud Nine with or wihtout private health insurance. However, having cover may reduce your out-of-pocket expenses, and some services could even be gap-free.

We offer on-the-spot rebates through HICAPS. Just bring your health fund card to your appointment and we'll claim directly so you only pay the gap.

For most patients, the answer is unfortunately not. In Australia, most dental care is paid privately, either in full or using private health insurance cover.

Some children qualify for up to $1,132 worth of free dental treatment every 2 years through the Child Benefits Schedule if certain criteria are met. If you'd like more information, please call us.

In Australia, healthcare advertising is regulated by AHPRA (practitioners and services) and the TGA (therapeutic goods and medical devices). Specific restrictions apply to advertising medical cannabis products, cosmetic surgery and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
